Shelley Baccardax has been practicing yoga for 18 years and completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2019. Her experience in fitness includes 8 years of leading group fitness and 2 years of personal training.
Shelley’s experience with yoga started as a form of exercise and quickly turned into a tool for self awareness and self care. Yoga is the relationship between the body, mind and breath. In each class students will be guided to lean into this relationship more and leave feeling more connected to themselves. Expect to try new movements, breathwork and to have some fun when you come to class.
