Brunello Academy Camp & Clinic Registration, Change & Refund Policy:

• All Camps/Clinics must be paid in full to complete registration
• No student will be registered nor will there be spots held without full payment

Request to change dates
Requests to change camp/clinic dates will be accepted if there is room in the future camp/clinic. An administration fee of $25.00 will be assessed and all change requests must be made via email to academy@thelinksatbrunello.com. Students who have already started a camp/clinic may not request to change a date for that camp/clinic.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made by email to academy@thelinksatbrunello.com and are subject to the following:
• If the cancellation request is received more than 21 Days before the start date of the registered camp/clinic – a refund will be granted less the $25.00 administration fee per session/camper
• If the cancellation request is received between 10 and 20 Days from the start date of the registered camp/clinic, 50% of the cost of the camp will be refunded
• If the cancellation request is received 10 Days or less from the start date of the registered camp/clinic, no refunds shall be given – Cancellations after this date will result in complete forfeiture of camp fees (all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable)

Medical Cancellation
If a camper is unable to attend camp due to medical reasons, a full credit, less a $25.00 administrative fee, will be granted, provided we receive a letter from the camper’s physician. In the case of early withdrawal due to medical reasons (accident or illness), the camp fees may be prorated, provided we receive a letter from the camper’s physician ($25.00 administrative fee still applies).
