The Golf Swing Analysis is a discovery session that will reveal WHAT you are doing in your swing. Using 2D video (Down-the-line and Face-on views). We will look at 16 key golf swing characteristics that may be causing mechanical inefficiencies in your swing that can result in loss of consistency and power. Already have a coach? That is OK, we have always worked along side coaches to help give them the most important information to help you succeed with your swing changes and concerns.
The Golf Movement Screen is comprehensive analysis to help you understand WHY you may move the way you do. Referencing your Golf Swing Analysis we will discover your unique Body-Swing Connection, from here we can develop a unique plan for you that may include specific swing mechanics, training, treatment, and interventions that will help you improve your golf game, and health & fitness.
The Golf Strength & Power Assessment will help you understand where your best golf power sources are, and what power sources you may use in the swing. This assessment is highly correlated to ball speed. You will also learn where YOU need to focus your strength & power training to become more balanced, and hit the ball farther. We will learn if your speed is limited by a power deficit or mechanics. On the contrary, we will also reveal if you are swinging too fast for your what your body can handle so we can mitigate injury risk.
Everyone has individual goals, unique circumstances, and different training histories. This is why we give this session to our members. It is important to set attainable goals for yourself. We help you refine your goals so you have crystal clear focus, understand what barriers you may experience, and build a unique action plan towards achieving them. When we understand what you need we can have a bigger impact.
Because we know the hardest part about accomplishing a goal is not your motivation, but the ability to stick with it when life gets in the way. We keep you accountable by introducing a buddy system, group communication and regular weekly communication. We’re all in this together.

Alex has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 2020. He is a golf fitness expert, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and has been educated through the Titleist Performance Institute (Fitness Level 3, Power Level 2) and Scott Cowx advanced instructor curriculums.
Alex has a special interest in helping golfers play better golf by first understanding what you can do physically and then translating that into the technical elements of your swing. Once Alex identifies what is preventing you from playing your best golf, he will work with you to develop a tailored action plan to help you achieve your golf and fitness goals.
He has 15 years of combined coaching experience in golf and fitness and has worked with golfers from all over the globe. His clients include winners of PGA of Canada Atlantic championships, players competing in PGA Tour Latinoamerica and Mackenzie Tour events, collegiate athletes, winning juniors on Atlantic and Thailand junior circuits, competitive amateurs, club golfers, and beginners.

Dr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Norwich University. He went on to study chiropractic at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. Dr. Anderson is certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture, Titleist Professional Institute, Athletic Movement Assessment, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability and RockTape (Basic, Performance and Blades Advanced).
Dr. Anderson uses an evidence-based approach to treating injuries while integrating rehabilitative techniques. Specifically, Dr. Anderson looks at physical limitations, biomechanical disadvantages or imbalances, that may cause injury or affect an athlete’s sport performance and help clear those limitations or create ways to work around them to continue to excel in their sport.
He is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the Nova Scotia College of Chiropractors. He will be entering the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences Specialty Residency Program.
